White and Williams Represents Investment Fund in $68 Million Bridge Financing Mortgage Loan

White and Williams represented an investment fund in connection with the bridge financing of a Class A office tower in downtown Chicago. The client provided a $68 million mortgage loan to a joint venture comprised of a large private equity firm and a full-service institutional commercial real estate operator. The parties are currently in the process of bifurcating the loan into separate mortgage and mezzanine tranches.
