White and Williams Team Completes Complex Sale Leaseback of Seven Properties

A team of White Williams real estate, finance, corporate and tax lawyers worked together to successfully close a complex deal for a firm client. The transaction involved the sale of seven properties and included a complicated sale leaseback structure. A tremendous amount of due diligence included the review of thousands of pages of title exceptions and a more than usual in-depth analysis and restructure of the client’s organizational and operating structure. The team was able to close the deal under a very tight timeframe.
