OVERVIEW
Susan Zingone represents clients in matters of catastrophic loss, healthcare, products liability and commercial litigation.
Prior to joining White and Williams, Susan was an Assistant District Attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office Majors Trial Unit, where she represented adult and juvenile victims and the citizens of the Commonwealth in numerous jury and bench trials. Susan honed her advocacy skills as she argued a variety of motions on a daily basis. She has significant experience preparing expert and civilian witnesses. Post-trial, Susan regularly submitted sentencing memoranda for violent and repeat offenders.
Throughout law school, Susan was an intern and ultimately a paralegal at a prominent law firm in Philadelphia, where she worked in the Litigation and Bankruptcy Departments.

Recognition & Involvement
During law school, Susan was a staff editor for the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy. She was also a member of the Child and Family Advocacy Clinic, where she served as a law guardian for children involved in cases with the New Jersey Division of Child Protection and Permanency. Susan represented clients seeking Social Security benefits and drafted and submitted appeals for clients who were previously denied benefits. She received formal training as a Civil and Divorce Mediator in Camden County.
