Chris advises insurers in complex insurance coverage disputes in state and federal courts across the country. His work includes litigating a wide variety of insurance issues, including allocation of coverage among multiple triggered insurers, trigger of coverage, choice-of-law determinations, application of policy exclusions and allegations of bad faith.

Chris has received two federal appointments to serve as pro bono counsel for indigent, incarcerated litigants asserting deprivations of federal rights. He obtained successful outcomes for his clients in both cases.
