OVERVIEW
CoraAnn Foley represents workers’ compensation insurance carriers in a wide range of subrogation matters involving motor vehicle accidents, construction and workplace accidents, premises liability actions and general negligence. CoraAnn works with her clients to examine the facts of a loss, develop a strategy for recovery and pursue claims in order to yield the maximum recovery for each of her clients.
Prior to joining White and Williams, CoraAnn has experience representing the interests of institutional lenders, servicers and investors in Chapter 7, 11, 12, 13 bankruptcy proceedings, as well as in foreclosure, litigation and related matters in Delaware. Her unique experience allows her the ability to analyze complex matters, and take a comprehensive approach to litigation in order to achieve the best results for her clients.
