Dominika A. Rybaltowski

Dominika Rybaltowski is an Associate in the Litigation Department at White and Williams LLP focuses her representation on cases involving assisted living facilities and nursing homes and general litigation matters. Before joining the firm, Dominika was an Associate at a mid-size firm where she handled general liability, construction and product liability claims. Her work includes all aspects of case management from inception to resolution.

As a student Dominika took part in the Food and Beverage Law Clinic where she assisted non-profit corporate entities in navigating transactions, tailoring corporate structure and navigating compliance with the Department of Agriculture.
