OVERVIEW
Emily Solinski is an associate in the Litigation practice for White and Williams. While in law school, Emily worked full-time as a paralegal for the firm’s General Litigation department. Her work included the review and analysis of medical records, drafting pleadings, legal research and assisting in trial preparation.
Prior to joining White and Williams, Emily worked as a paralegal for both Family and Environmental litigation practices at a mid-sized regional law firm. Her work included managing discovery and court filings for an environmental CERCLA litigation with over 100 defendant parties. She also handled maintaining frequent client communication within this role. Her prior work has provided her experience in all stages of litigation.
