Erika L. Mohr

Prior to joining the firm, Erika gained extensive experience at a well-known medical malpractice defense firm in southern New Jersey where she devoted her practice to the defense of physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, and healthcare facilities in all stages of litigation through trial. She has significant experience before the Superior Court of New Jersey, Appellate Division and the New Jersey Supreme Court, where she has been instrumental in both authoring briefs as well as presenting argument on appeal. Erika has also defended healthcare providers before the New Jersey Board of Medical Examiners.

Following law school, Erika also served as Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Linda L. Lawhun, P.J.Cr. (ret.) in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Vicinage XV. While in law school, Erika also gained experience assisting with the ACLU’s “Stop and Frisk” Project as well as provided pro bono assistance to community members in drafting wills, living wills, and powers of attorney.
