OVERVIEW
Frank Conroy is an Associate in the Litigation practice group, focusing on catastrophic loss, healthcare, products liability and commercial litigation. As a litigator, Frank has drafted discovery responses, motions, legal briefs, pleadings, contracts and intricate legal memoranda for clients. He has also counseled national and local businesses on intricate and highly regulated legal issues and compliance matters. He has experience reviewing and analyzing contracts, public documents, employment agreements and government records. Frank has also participated in mediations, arbitrations, negotiations, oral arguments, court proceedings and depositions.
Prior to joining White and Williams, Frank has experience as a litigation associate at a premier regional firm in Southern New Jersey and a litigation associate in a boutique firm at the Jersey Shore. Frank has represented clients in various areas of litigation including commercial, healthcare and construction. Prior to practice, Frank served as a law clerk to the Honorable James P. Savio (Ret.) in the New Jersey Superior Court, Atlantic County Law Division. Throughout his clerkship he engaged in extensive legal research and analysis to assist Judge Savio in resolving complex issues of New Jersey law and handling a very active docket.
While in law school Frank was a summer associate for a large national firm and worked as an intern to the general counsel department of a New Jersey real estate investment firm.
