OVERVIEW

John T. Hinton, III is an Associate in the Litigation Practice at White and Williams where he focuses on general liability matters. 

During law school, John held internships with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Pennsylvania after his first year and subsequently with the United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania during his third year where he completed motions and memorandum for both the criminal and civil divisions.

A recent graduate of Widener University Delaware Law School, John served as President of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Society and as both a Staff Editor and Digital Media Editor of the Widener Law Review.

Before attending law school, John gained valuable experience as an internal auditor and as an underwriter for insurance companies which gave him a unique insight as he transitioned to a career in law.
