OVERVIEW
Manny Marcos focuses his practice on a variety of Real Estate and Finance transactions. He has experience drafting and negotiating contracts and supporting documents, including acquisition, disposition, and mortgage and mezzanine financing of multifamily, mixed/use, hotel, retail and other commercial properties. He also has experience negotiating, drafting, and reviewing a variety of commercial leases and license agreements on behalf of property owners, management companies, and tenants.
Prior to joining White and Williams, Manny was an associate at a New York real estate transactional law firm where he represented clients in wide variety of real estate transactions.
During law school, Manny interned for two summers at the Office of the New York State Attorney General’s Real Estate Finance Bureau. He also worked as a Part-Time Law Clerk at a well-respected New York firm in their real estate department.

Manny graduated from Fordham University School of Law and was awarded the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award, magna cum laude, for devoting over 750 hours to pro bono work.
