OVERVIEW

Michael concentrates his practice on a variety of bankruptcy, restructuring, and commercial litigation matters including the representation of debtors, creditors and other parties-in-interest.

Prior to joining White and Williams, Michael practiced at a well-respected Delaware law firm where he represented commercial debtors and creditors in Chapter 7 and 11 proceedings.

Michael served as a judicial intern in federal court for the Honorable William I. Arbuckle in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.
