OVERVIEW

Nicole Fitzpatrick is an Associate in the Subrogation Department. She focuses on complex commercial and residential property losses resulting from fire, water, damage and product liability claims on behalf of insurers across the United States. Nicole works with her clients at each stage of the loss to develop a strategy and pursue favorable outcomes on their behalf.

Nicole joined White and Williams as a full-time law clerk in the Subrogation Department, a position she held throughout her Second Year of law school until her graduation. Prior to joining our firm, Nicole worked as a summer law clerk for the Honorable Sean Kennedy in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas.
