OVERVIEW

Nicole Sullivan represents national and international clients in litigation, mediation and arbitration of complex commercial and business disputes. She advises clients on pre-litigation and early resolution of actions as well as e-discovery issues. Nicole assists foreign and domestic companies with opening and operating their businesses in the United States and routinely acts as outside general counsel for these entities assisting with transactional, intellectual property, contracts, employment and other related legal issues. Her practice also includes multi-jurisdictional trust and estate litigation.

Nicole is a Global Board member of Digital Irish, a non-profit organization of tech and digital media representatives from Ireland and Irish communities around the world. Its goal is to connect Digital Irish communities globally and to promote the expansion of Irish startups by providing access to resources and networking opportunities.
