OVERVIEW

Paul Briganti has more than 15 years of experience as a commercial litigator in a broad range of complex matters. For the majority of his career, Paul has devoted his practice to representing and counseling international and domestic insurance companies in cases involving diverse and novel coverage problems. He often assists clients facing challenging insurance issues arising from environmental, asbestos and mass tort claims.

Paul also has substantial experience with coverage issues relating to directors & officers, professional liability, cyber, and employers’ liability claims. He is recognized for his use of sensible and creative approaches to help achieve his clients’ objectives, whether in the context of litigation, ADR or settlement negotiations.

While in law school, Paul was a managing editor of the Villanova Law Review and authored articles on intellectual property and fidelity law issues. He also completed a externship with the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
