OVERVIEW
Stanley Kolodziejczak is Senior Counsel with White and Williams LLP. With a career spanning over 40 years focused on accounting and tax matters, Stanley provides clients with insight related to their corporate and business tax matters and collaborates closely with accounting personnel to provide insight to changing tax and reporting issues.
Prior to joining the firm, Stanley was Tax Director at the AmLaw Top 10 firm, White & Case LLP, where he oversaw the internal tax function of the firm, including partner compensation, mobility, budgeting, reporting and compliance. Prior to this, he served in a number of global tax leadership positions as a Tax Partner with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC). Among his roles at PwC, Stanley was Network Operations leader where he oversaw the global internal tax functions in 157 countries and managed the implementation of significant initiatives for the firm; was US Special Tax Matters Partner; and, served as Co-Chair of the firm's Law Firm Services practice.
Stanley has co-authored the fourth, fifth, and sixth editions of Law Firm Accounting and Financial Management, a comprehensive guide for law firm professionals. Since 2015, he has been an adjunct professor of law at Rutgers Law School, where he teaches Business of Law and helps students understand the economics of the legal profession. Stanley is passionate about sharing his knowledge and insights with the next generation of lawyers and accountants.
