Timothy Keough is a no-nonsense counselor and aggressive litigator focused on practical and cost-efficient strategies to prevent and resolve disputes for his clients. He focuses his practice on complex civil litigation. Tim represents insured and self-insured entities, including manufacturers, distributors, retailers, general contractors and subcontractors, premises owners, and insurers of all sizes in the defense of lawsuits brought in Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He also represents employers in defense of claims and lawsuits related to the employment relationship in the courts and before the state agencies of Massachusetts and Rhode Island. He has effectively and efficiently represented his clients from pre-suit through dismissal, judgment, and settlement.

Tim also has an active pro bono practice and serves on the firm’s Pro Bono Committee. He has guided clients through successful applications for asylum and continues to do so. He also provides counsel to and serves on the Board of Directors for a non-profit corporation that provides hands-on, individualized mentoring of children geared toward helping the children discover and value their unique qualities. Tim also serves on the firm’s Associate Development Committee and is an active participant on several State Bar Committees.
