OVERVIEW
William Dunlop is Senior Counsel with White and Williams. His practice is focused on estate and trust administration and on estate and tax planning. He represents many individual clients in drafting sophisticated trusts and wills and advising on related matters. He also represents several family groups that own or control businesses and is frequently involved in business restructurings, acquisitions, long-range planning for continuing control of businesses, buy-sell agreements, family limited partnerships and limited liability companies, redemptions, valuation issues and charitable planning.
In addition, he has advised corporate fiduciaries on matters of fiduciary compensation, fiduciary taxation, prudent investments, interpretation of wills and trusts and termination of estates and trusts including judicial and non-judicial accounting proceedings.
