OVERVIEW
Yusuf Yilmaz is an associate in the commercial litigation practice group. He represents individuals and entities in complex business and commercial disputes.
During his time at White and Williams, Yusuf has handled matters arising out of contractual breaches, fraudulent conduct, professional negligence, trademark infringement, unfair means of competition, and trade secret misappropriation. His practice extends throughout the state and federal courts of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Yusuf has also advised insurance companies in coverage matters involving general liability, professional liability, and construction defects. As such, he has a keen understanding of the insurance coverage available to litigants.

While in law school, Yusuf served as an associate editor on the Drexel Law Review and competed in the 2021 ABA Negotiation Competition. He interned with the Honorable Judge Schmehl in the E.D. Pa. and worked in Drexel’s Entrepreneurial Law Clinic, where he provided free legal services to start-up and high-growth companies. Before law school, Yusuf was a teacher in New Jersey and Maryland.
Yusuf has volunteered with the Homeless Advocacy Project, an organization providing free legal help to individuals and families who experience homelessness, and the Campaign for Working Families, an organization providing free tax services and counseling to low-income working households.
