OVERVIEW

Zachary Sherman is a Commercial Litigation Associate within the Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Practice Group. Zach focuses his practice on representing insurers in complex and high exposure claims brought under a variety of policies including commercial general liability, excess, umbrella, Directors & Officers (D&O), cyber, and professional liability policies. Zach also advises and strategizes with clients on claims handling issues in both litigated and non-litigated matters, including coverage disputes involving products and premises liability, mass tort, construction defect, personal injury, environmental, and professional liability claims.

Prior to joining White and Williams, Zach was an associate at a prominent law firm in New Jersey specializing in insurance coverage litigation where he represented insurers and reinsurers in litigated and non-litigated matters involving professional and commercial general liability policies. In addition, Zach began his legal career in New York City where he defended physicians, nurses, hospitals, and nursing homes in medical malpractice lawsuits.
