30th Anniversary Conference of the National Forum for Environmental and Toxic Tort Issues (FETTI)

Patti Santelle, Chair Emeritus/Former Managing Partner, will speak at the 30th Anniversary Conference of the National Forum for Environmental and Toxic Tort Issues (FETTI), on Thursday, September 26^th from 8-8:45 A.M. at the Union League Club of Chicago.

This yearly event is a world-class conference for the latest environmental and toxic tort issues where Patti will present “Coverage Update 2024,” a discussion of recent decisions and pending cases impacting coverage for environmental and mass tort claims, key issues for coverage disputes over emerging risks, and major bankruptcy decisions impacting insurers in mass tort claims.
