White and Williams is proud to once again sponsor the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference (EDPABC) Annual Forum on March 30-31, 2023. Celebrating its 33^rd year, the Annual Forum is the premier event for bankruptcy and restructuring community within the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

White and Williams Partner James Vandermark co-presents the Forum's concluding session "Ethics Jeopardy,” addressing ethical issues facing bankruptcy practitioners, and Partner Amy Vulpio serves on the Steering Committee of the EDPABC.

The EDPABC is a non-profit organization that was formed to promote the education and interests of its members and the citizens of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania residing in the ten counties within the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Members include lawyers, other professionals and paraprofessionals who specialize in the practice of Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights law in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
