The Insurance Industry Team invites you to join members of our Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Practice Group for our first session in a series addressing class actions. Class actions claims can raise some unique and complex insurance coverage challenges. 

This webinar series is broken down into three short sessions with live attendance on June 14, June 21 and June 28. 

Join us for our first session on June 14 where we will review the foundational elements for class action lawsuits, will discuss preliminary considerations for evaluating and responding to these claims and will provide some early strategies for mitigating exposure.
