FTC Ruling on Non-Compete Agreements: What You Need to Know
White and Williams partner and co-chair of the Labor & Employment department at the firm, Scott Casher, presented “FTC Ruling on Non-Compete Agreements: What You Need to Know” at CIANJ’s Virtual Event on May 6th with Christopher M. Terlingo of Archer & Greiner PC. Scott and Christopher’s panel discussed the recent ruling by the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to ban the use of non-compete agreements which stated that many businesses will be evaluating the impact the ruling has had on their business.
It's important to note that non-compete agreements are more common than you would expect and are integral documents in any successful business transaction.
