Justin Proper, Partner, will be joining The Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA)’s 2025 Convention & Trade Show as a panelist discussing the topic: “Powering Profits Through Responsible Franchising.” This session will take place on Wednesday, April 16th at 2:30 P.M., in New Orleans.

Justin is both a franchise lawyer and commercial litigator. He regularly serves as lead counsel in complex, high-stakes business litigation on behalf individuals, small businesses, and corporations. Justin has arbitrated hundreds of cases, in addition to having successfully tried over 30 cases before judges and juries across the Country. His multi-jurisdictional practice includes representing both plaintiffs and defendants in all aspects of complex commercial litigation, committed to protecting the rights of franchisees. He has extensive experience representing franchisees in all aspects of franchise law, including advising clients on franchise disclosure documents, negotiating franchise agreements, resolving liquidated damages and other disputes relating to the termination of a franchise, and when necessary, litigating claims in court and in arbitration.  

The AAHOACON25 will take place at the New Orleans Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. This annual conference is the nation’s largest event for hotel owners and operators and will include 6,000+ attendees, over 35 immersive educational hours and 1,000+ top-tier exhibitors from across the industry.
