Patrick Haggerty to Moderate a Panel at the New Jersey Multi-Family Summit
Patrick Haggerty, Partner, will be moderating a panel at the Bisnow New Jersey Multi-Family Summit presented by March Construction titled, “Design and Amenitization Trends Shaping Multifamily Assets," in Hoboken, NJ on Thursday, November 21, 2024, at 8:30 A.M. EST.
This conference is centered around topics such as tackling the housing shortage, assessing design trends, navigating constrained capital markets and addressing the affordability crisis. Patrick has experience representing real estate developers, owners, and investors including multifamily investors, international and domestic banks, private equity firms, hedge funds, and insurance companies in the acquisition, development, repositioning and disposition of commercial real estate assets.
He also has experience drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, construction and permanent loans, leases across all asset classes, asset-based loans, and revolving credit facilities. In addition to his experience as in-house counsel, Patrick also spent several years as a real estate investment banking analyst in northern New Jersey. He has been named as a Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America 2024 and 2025 for Banking and Finance Law.
