As part of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Commission on Women in the Profession 2021 Fall Retreat, Partner Nancy Conrad moderates a panel focused on the report, "Practicing Law in the Pandemic and Moving Forward: Results and Best Practices from a Nationwide Survey of the Legal Profession." The report is the result of a survey of 4,200 American Bar Association members that discovered that the need to work remotely during COVID-19 caused high levels of stress and disengagement among lawyers, with these impacts disproportionately falling on women attorneys and attorneys of color.
