Rochelle Gumapac Will Be a Panelist at the DSBA’s Women and the Law Retreat 2025

Rochelle Gumapac, Partner in the Delaware Office and Managing Partner of the Rhode Island Office, will be a panelist at the Delaware State Bar Association (DSBA)’s Women and the Law Retreat 2025, on Friday March 21^st, from 9:30 - 10:30 A.M. at the Hyatt Place in Dewey Beach, DE. Her panel titled, “The Road to Partner – Do You Want to Go Down It?” will discuss the path to partnership and things to consider as you take the next steps in your legal career.

As White and Williams’ first Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer, Rochelle is deeply involved in the Firm and has collaborated with firm management to establish committees such as Diversity, Associate Development and the Women’s Initiative. These programs implement strategic initiatives focused on increasing recruitment, retention and mentorship to support the professional development of our attorneys.

This conference will provide guests with an opportunity to attend presentations by leaders in the legal industry and will offer in-person 7.5 total hours of CLE credit including 1.8 hours of Ethics for Delaware & Pennsylvania Attorneys.
