On Friday, March 22, 2024, Partners Robert Caplan and Brett Tishler will present a seminar entitled: “Let’s ‘Take 5’ and Talk About a “Pay Day': The Ethics Involved When Lien Waivers, Compromises, and Other Global Settlement Techniques Collide” at the 2024 NASP Spring Conference. The seminar will address the legal and business ethical implications involved when workers’ compensation subrogation professionals and other related parties meet to resolve third-party claims that oftentimes include open workers’ compensation matters.
