Partner Nancy Conrad will be a panelist in the session, "Walking the DEI Talk at the Bar: Building an Inclusive Community." Through members’ participation in various sections, committees, programs, and services, bar associations generally touch most of the organizations and entities associated with the practice of law and are uniquely situated to access the combined resources of a wide cross-section of lawyers. This session will concentrate on how bar associations utilize this network to address the myriad issues and topics under the DEI umbrella in multiple venues, including law schools, law firms, bar associations and corporate legal departments to ensure that all lawyers and populations are included in all aspects of the legal profession.
