White and Williams Partner, Wes Payne, Co-Chair of the firm’s Partner Compensation Committee and Chair of the Pro Bono Committee, will be presenting at the 2024 Philadelphia Bar Association Bench-Bar & Annual Conference on Friday, September 20 from 8:30 – 10:00 A.M. This conference will be hosted at the Borgata in Atlantic City, N.J.

The presentation titled “Ethics in Negotiations and Settlements: What can you say to whom & how?” will discuss the rules regarding settlement and the obligations and responsibilities of counsel in negotiating and finalizing settlement agreements. This session will be hosted by the Philadelphia Bar’s Professional Responsibility and Professional Guidance Committees.
