Agatha Mingos Joins White and Williams as Partner in New York City

White and Williams is pleased to announce the addition of Agatha Mingos as a Partner in its New York City office. Aggie focuses her practice on business and commercial litigation and transactional matters. 

Earlier in her career, Aggie spent several years as an associate in White and Williams’ Financial Restructuring and Bankruptcy group. She returns to the firm after practicing as a partner in a New York firm where she handled transactional and commercial litigation matters and advised clients as outside general counsel.

Aggie represents closely held businesses and shareholders of closely held corporations in litigation and in derivative actions. She advises clients on corporate governance, fiduciary obligations, internal conflicts and disputes, and shareholder rights, and counsels her clients through business divorces. Aggie has extensive experience in commercial litigation and has effectively handled complex contract disputes.

She frequently represents lending institutions and parties involved in commercial real estate transactions as well as litigation involving commercial real estate loans. Aggie is also skilled in bankruptcy law, having represented both creditors and debtors in bankruptcy matters. In addition, she counsels clients on various labor and employment issues.

Aggie earned her JD from Widener University School of Law and her BA from Villanova University.
