Andy Susko Named to Membership in Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel

White and Williams is pleased to announce that Partner Andy Susko has been accepted into membership of the Federation of Defense & Corporate Counsel (FDCC). 

For over 30 years, Andy has handled complex litigation for clients in the healthcare, utilities, manufacturing and insurance sectors. He has substantial courtroom experience, trying more than 50 cases to jury verdict and bench trial as well as through appeal in state and federal court. His defense trial practice includes healthcare and medical malpractice liability, utility catastrophic loss and contractual indemnity actions, construction accident claims, product liability actions, and life and disability claims.

FDCC membership is limited, selective, and by nomination only, with 1,400 members from the United States, Puerto Rico, Australia, Canada, Asia and Europe.
