Bridget La Rosa, Chair of the Trusts and Estates Practice Group and Managing Partner of the Stamford, CT Office, was recently featured in an article published by Super Lawyers® titled, “Estate Planning Tips for Blended Families.” This article focuses on helping people understand the unique challenges that effect blended families in regard to planning their estates.

With over 25 years of trusts and estates experience, Bridget has focused on the administration of complicated estates, including tax audits with the IRS and dealings with the Art Advisory Panel. She has successfully defended against objections to probate, handled construction, decanting and judicial accounting proceedings, removal and appointment of fiduciaries and has experience with the Charities Bureau of the Attorney General’s Office and various Surrogate’s Courts.

From 2016-2024, Bridget has been recognized as a New York Metro Region by Super Lawyers® in the area of Estate Planning & Probate and is the recipient of the City Bar Justice Center’s 2017 Jeremy G. Epstein Award for Pro Bono Service. She has also served on the Association of the Bar of the City of New York’s Trusts, Estates and Surrogate’s Court Committee, Estate and Gift Taxation Committee and is currently a panel member and volunteer of the Justice Center’s Planning and Estates Law Project.
