White and Williams Lawyers Attend Delaware ExporTech™ Program
White and Williams International Practice Group Chair Gary Biehn and Associate Gwenn Barney attended Delaware ExporTech™: Fast Track to Developing Strategies for International Sales in Newark, Delaware, on October 24, 2019. Gary presented at the event on the topic of Cross Border Contracting: An Overview of Legal Considerations. After the presentation, both Gary and Gwenn met with participant companies to provide legal guidance in developing export plans.
