Sarabeth Gaver and Thomas Infurna Join White and Williams Real Estate Finance Team
White and Williams is pleased to announce the addition of Sarabeth Gaver and Thomas Infurna as Partners in the Real Estate and Finance groups.

Both Sarabeth and Tom join White and Williams from Eckert Seamans. Sarabeth was a Partner in the real estate finance practice and has prior experience as a commercial loan officer. She is well-versed in commercial mortgage backed securities, commercial permanent, interim, bridge and mezzanine loans, handling all aspects of the transaction from origination through credit and closing.
Tom chaired the Real Estate Finance practice at Eckert Seamans and brings more than 30 years of experience in commercial real estate law and asset-based financing. He focuses on permanent and construction financing, mezzanine, bridge and term loans, mortgage loan sales and purchases, distressed debt portfolios, loan restructurings, workouts and foreclosures. Tom’s clients include commercial, investment and savings banks, conduit lenders, life insurance and capital companies, pension fund advisors and real estate investors and developers.
