Scott Casher and Victoria Fuller Named Co-Chairs of the White and Williams Labor and Employment Practice Group

White and Williams LLP is proud to announce that Scott Casher and Victoria Fuller have been named Co-Chairs of the Labor and Employment Practice Group. James Anelli, Partner, and current Chair of the practice since 2019, has announced his retirement from the firm, effective April 30, 2024.

Scott Casher is a Partner and Chair of Operations for the firm. Scott splits his time between the firm’s Manhattan and Stamford, Connecticut offices. He is a skilled litigator with over twenty-five years of experience representing a variety of business entities with respect to labor and employment matters (including ESG litigation risks) in state and federal trial and appellate courts, at arbitrations and in mediations. In addition, Scott also negotiates and drafts executive level employment agreements for national and international clients.

Victoria Fuller is a Partner in White and Williams' Boston office. Victoria has over 17 years of experience as an employment lawyer. She regularly represents small to mid-size businesses, educational institutions, and non-profits before the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination, as well as in Massachusetts state and Federal Court. In addition to defending employers, Victoria also counsels clients on all aspects of the employment relationship, such as hiring and termination, requests for accommodation, and wage and hour issues.
