White and Williams Hosts Career Day for Students from Adopted School

1.19.15

In continuing its adoption of Philadelphia's Chester A. Arthur School, White and Williams invited middle school students to its Philadelphia office for a lunch discussion about careers in the legal industry. Lawyers and staff met with the students to discuss their own career paths in the field of law and the keys to success.

White and Williams officially kicked off its adoption of Chester A. Arthur in May 2014 with the donation of $10,000 toward the purchase of Google Chromebooks for middle school students. The White and Williams "Adopt a School" initiative was launched as a way to give back to the community, invest in education and provide unique opportunities for lawyers and staff to engage through the investment of time and resources.
