White and Williams is proud to be a returning sponsor of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania Bankruptcy Conference (EDPABC) 30th Annual Forum on January 24, 2019. The Annual Forum is the premier event for bankruptcy and restructuring community within the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
White and Williams Partner Amy Vulpio serves on the Executive Committee of the EDPABC. Associate James Vandermark will also co-panel a discussion of recent high-profile cases addressing ethical issues arising in consumer and commercial bankruptcy cases
The EDPABC is a non-profit organization that was formed to promote the education and interests of its members and the citizens of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania residing in the ten counties within the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Members include lawyers, other professionals and paraprofessionals who specialize in the practice of Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights law in the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
