White and Williams Welcomes New Lateral Partners and Counsel
PHILADELPHIA – White and Williams LLP is very pleased to announce the addition of three new partners and a counsel to the firm. Victoria (Vicki) Fuller, Daniel (Dan) Bryer, and Dirk Haarhoff have joined the firm as partners and Megan Rounds has joined as counsel. Vicki is a member of the firm’s Commercial Litigation Department and is located in the firm’s Boston, MA office. Dan, Dirk, and Megan will be joining the firm’s Chambers-rated Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith Practice Group. Dan will be resident at the firm’s Newark, NJ office and Dirk and Megan will be based at the firm’s New York, NY office.

An experienced civil litigator, Vicki Fuller focuses her practice on employment litigation and counseling, business litigation and insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. Her clients include businesses, educational institutions and nonprofits, and insurers, whom she represents in complex coverage and bad faith disputes. Outside of her legal practice, Vicki is a volunteer Hearing Officer for the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers and is active with the Boston Bar Association. Vicki earned her J.D. from Boston College Law School and her B.A. from Boston College.

Dan Bryer’s practice focuses on providing clients with advice regarding general commercial liability, excess liability, multimedia and environmental insurance policies. He has advised clients on claims involving opioids and other pharmaceutical products, baby food products, construction defects and catastrophic injuries. His litigation practice focuses on insurance coverage matters in state and federal court. Dan recently achieved a very favorable verdict as trial counsel following a three-week trial in New Jersey state court.
Dan has also served as a team leader on large litigation matters involving professional liability, construction defect, product recall and fidelity claims. He has found success in cases through alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. He also litigates healthcare matters, and has successfully defended life, health, and disability claims brought in state and federal court against insurers, plan administrators, employers, and managed care organizations, including in cases governed by ERISA. Dan earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law, and his B.A. from Rutgers University.
Dirk Haarhoff is an experienced litigator, having represented insurers on matters related to complex general liability, Directors and Officers (D&O) liability, employment practices liability, professional liability, first-party property, media and cyber matters. He represents and counsels insurers in coverage and bad faith matters around the country. In addition, Dirk’s practice includes representing corporate clients on a broad range of complex litigation matters including construction law, product liability and employment discrimination and harassment. Dirk earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law (Dean’s List), and his B.A., magna cum laude, from Georgia Southern University.
Megan Rounds is a seasoned, experienced litigator who represents domestic and foreign insurance companies in insurance coverage matters concerning their most complex claims, including mass casualty losses, pharmaceutical drug recalls, environmental and pollution claims, automobile recalls, and asbestos claims. In addition, Megan works with higher education institutions regarding employment matters, regulatory compliance, contract review, policy drafting, liability risk and preventative measures. Megan earned her J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and her B.A., Sociology from the University of California, Los Angeles.
