White and Williams Represents Autonomous Robot Manufacturer UBTECH in New Product Launch

White and Williams lawyers helped client UBTECH Robotics, a global leader in intelligent humanoid robotics and artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, with the launch of its ADIBOT UV-C Disinfecting robots. The ADIBOT robots have an array of ultraviolet (UV-C) lights for disinfecting entire rooms in businesses, schools and other organizations. The robots can be stationary or programmed and mapped to independently and autonomously navigate floor plans. UBTECH unveiled the robots at CES 2021.

Partner Frank Bruno represents UBTECH in technology matters and provided subject matter knowledge. He was assisted by partner Randy Friedberg, who worked with the client to prepare sales agreements and offer guidance on marketing materials.
