Austin Moody represents insurance companies in complex insurance coverage disputes in state and federal courts.
Austin advises clients on disputes involving a broad range of coverages including general and professional liability, commercial property, subcontractor default, life, directors and officers, and pollution coverage.

While in law school Austin served as a notes editor for the Immigration Law Journal and as an intake volunteer for the D.C. Employment Justice Center Worker Rights Clinic. Austin participated in the Harrison Institute for Public Law Clinic, helping public school districts procure healthy fresh food in compliance with federal, state and local regulations. He also interned with the Federal Immigration Appeals Clinic, helping immigrants seeking asylum, withholding of removal and protection under the Convention Against Torture.
Austin was named a Massachusetts "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers for 2023 & 2024.
