OVERVIEW

David Zaslow is an experienced trial lawyer with an extensive background litigating complex personal injury matters. David's dual background in law and medicine, as an active paramedic for more than 30 years, gives him the unique ability to provide critical insight and analysis into the liability, causation and damages issues presented in serious personal injury cases. His background also helps him facilitate strong relationships with clients, experts and witnesses, which is essential to the development and presentation of the case. As a trusted adviser, David provides clients with cost-effective, focused and aggressive representation during the pre-trial phases of litigation, early resolution, alternative dispute resolution, and at trial.

David serves as regional counsel for nationally known companies including those in the waste disposal, trucking, armored car, emergency services, funeral, prison and food service industries. His clients include insurance carriers and self-insureds whom he represents in the areas of professional liability, premises liability, motor vehicle liability, emergency services liability, discrimination and wrongful discharge matters. 

David is frequently called upon by emergency medical and fire service providers to consult or represent them in a wide range of issues from liability exposure to corporate matters and internal investigations.

David holds over 20 professional pre-hospital emergency medicine and firefighting credentials. Since 1985, he has been an active volunteer member of Narberth Ambulance in the suburbs of Philadelphia. This organization is the primary 911 provider, responding to over 11,000 calls for service annually in Lower Merion Township, Haverford Township, Narberth Borough and the Boroughs of Conshohocken and West Conshohocken. David is currently the President and Assistant Chief of the organization and an active paramedic in these communities.
