Katherine Dempsey is an associate in the Subrogation Department, focusing on complex commercial and residential property losses resulting from fires, water damage, and product liability throughout the United States.

During law school, Katherine served as a Certified Legal Intern for The Delaware Civil Law Clinic where she represented clients in Delaware Civil Court.
