Morgan is an experienced litigator with a nationwide practice focused on commercial litigation matters and complex business disputes. Morgan’s common-sense approach to the legal practice helps clients solve their most intricate and high-exposure problems.

OVERVIEW

Morgan Birch focuses her practice on representing clients in commercial litigation matters and complex business disputes. An experienced advocate, Morgan has handled a broad range of matters in federal and state court for regional and national clients. Her diverse practice includes a wide variety of litigation matters, including fraud, partnership and shareholder disputes, real estate issues, employment disputes, intellectual property and life science litigation, medical malpractice defense, and matters involving wrongful use of civil proceedings. Morgan’s experience also includes successfully defending client’s against government actions for deceptive business practices, representing businesses facing defamation and related constitutional claims, and pursuing statutory and constitutional challenges to state legislative actions.

Morgan routinely advises clients and provides guidance on issues surrounding e-discovery collection and management. She has wide-ranging experience supervising and conducting large-scale document analysis and production in high-exposure litigation in state and federal court.

Prior to attending law school, Morgan acquired valuable governmental and legislative experience, working for the Mayor of the City of Philadelphia.

While in law school, Morgan was selected as a Marshall Brennan Constitution Law Fellow, which afforded her the opportunity to teach constitutional law and appellate advocacy to Philadelphia high school students.
