OVERVIEW

Morgan Goldstein is an Associate in the Business Department of White and Williams. Her practice is focused on transactional matters including corporate structure and formation, regulatory analysis, and investments.

Prior to joining the firm, Morgan received her Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law with a Certificate in Intellectual Property. While earning her undergraduate degree in International Political Economy, she also received a Certificate from the Pennsylvania State University Smeal College of Business. At each institution, Morgan focused her studies on negotiations, international and conflicting laws, intellectual property, and corporate compliance.

In law school, Morgan was granted CALI Excellence Awards for her efforts in the Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Clinic and the Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Advanced Fieldwork Clinic. She also held Limited Recognition to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office, served as the Secretary of the Corporate and Securities Law Society, and was a member of the school’s Student Bar Association and Women Law Students’ Association.
