OVERVIEW

Rob’s practice focuses on commercial litigation, construction law, and surety and fidelity law. He was previously an Associate General Counsel to a New York insurance brokerage and underwriter providing advice on insurance claims, general liability, and insurance coverage issues. Rob also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Dennis M. Robinson, Jr., in the Circuit Court for Baltimore County.

Rob earned his law degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he served as the Manuscript Editor for the University of Baltimore Law Forum, and was Co-President of the Business and Tax Association. In addition, he was elected to serve as the Student Bar Association Treasurer. During his studies, Rob represented low-income individuals and community organizations as a Rule 16 Student Attorney for the University of Baltimore School of Law Civil Advocacy Clinic.

Prior to law school, Rob was a Business Analyst for a federal government contractor. He provided services to the Bureau of Consular Affairs within the Department of State. There he advised on policy initiative, inter-agency agreements, and strategic planning.

Rob was named a Maryland "Rising Star" by Super Lawyers from 2022-2024.
