White and Williams Partners, Gus Sara and Lian Skaf, will present "In the Hot Seat: How Not to Get Burned By Expert Depositions," at the 2024 National Association of Subrogation Professionals (NASP) Annual Conference in Phoenix, AZ, on October 29, 2024 at 10:30 AM.

This presentation will focus on the importance of the expert deposition in subrogation cases and will take a look at expert depositions from both the attorney's and expert's perspectives. This presentation also focuses on the logistics of setting up and preparing for the deposition, and how to answer loaded questions from the defense counsel.

Gus and Lian will present along Jeremiah Pratt and Michael Stoddard of Genesis Forensics.
