Insurance Coverage and Bad Faith practice group partners, Adam Berardi and Michael Kassak will be presenting at AIRROC's Spring Membership Meeting on March 30th at 1:00 PM EST. 

Their session "Latest Developments in the Opioids Crisis" will discuss how COVID-19 may have been the focus in the last few years, but there were also major developments relating to the opioid crisis. This session will bring the audience up the date on settlements and decisions rendered in the underlying and coverage litigations, and address workers compensation issues.
