Staying Ahead In 2024 - AI's Impact on The Workplace And Tips For Managing A Multi-State Workforce Webinar Recap
On March 21 White and Williams Labor and Employment group held a webinar which examined two of the latest trends facing employers. The session touched on what employers need to know and do as AI continues to impact the workplace, including a discussion of proposed state legislation regarding the use of AI in employee recruitment and hiring, as well as best practices for employee usage.
Led by Tanya Salgado, Partner and Laura Corvo, Counsel, Labor and Employment Practice, this session also examined practical tips for employers who find themselves faced with managing a multi-state workforce, including best practices for achieving compliance with state discrimination laws, state leave laws and state wage and hour laws.
